Maxim88 Plays is an editorial site, not a casino. We collect almost no personal data — and we never sell what we have. Here's the specifics.

- Anonymous analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party trackers, no cross-site profiling) to measure aggregate page views. No individual-level data is exported or sold.
What we collect when you contact us:
- Email contents. If you email editorial@maxim88plays.com, we retain the message thread for follow-up. Retained as long as necessary for the correspondence, then deleted.
2. Cookies
We use one cookie / localStorage value: an "age-gate confirmed" flag so we don't show the 18+ prompt on every page. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party cookies.
Affiliate referral tracking happens server-side when you click an outbound Maxim88 link, not via persistent cookies on our domain.
3. What We Don't Collect
- Your gambling activity (you do that on Maxim88, not here).
- Your real name.
- Your financial details.
- Your gambling preferences or wagering history.
- Your location beyond what an IP address implies.
4. Affiliate Outbound Tracking
When you click an outbound link to Maxim88 from this site, Maxim88's affiliate system records that the click came from Maxim88 Plays. The tracking happens entirely server-side on Maxim88's infrastructure — we don't drop a tracking cookie on your browser from our domain.
5. Who We Share Data With
- Hosting provider. Our server-access logs are stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure (a standard cloud-hosting setup). They process the logs under a data-processing agreement.
- Analytics provider. Aggregate, anonymised page-view counts only. No personal data.
- Legal authorities. If legally compelled by court order.
We don't sell, rent or share data with marketing companies, third-party advertisers, or anyone else.
6. International Transfers
Our hosting infrastructure may be located outside Singapore. Any cross-border data transfers occur under standard contractual safeguards.
7. Your Rights
Since we collect almost no identifying data, most data-subject rights have little to act on. Where applicable:
- Request a copy of any data we hold about you (email correspondence, generally).
- Request deletion of email correspondence.
- Lodge a complaint with Singapore's PDPC if you believe we've mishandled data.
